This ceremonial experience is led by Estephanina, founder of La Única Wellness, a shamanic practitioner and intuitive guide devoted to ancestral wisdom, earth-based healing, and helping others reconnect with their inner knowing. Her work is rooted in honoring lineage, ritual, and the sacred rhythms of the body and spirit, creating safe, grounded spaces for deep personal exploration and transformation.
What to expect: A ceremonial experience is intentionally designed to help you drop out of the mind and into the body, intuition, and spirit.
