We are excited to welcome Chenoa Lane to the Flow State Holistic Health community.

Chenoa is a holistic life and fitness coach whose work bridges strength training, somatic awareness, and nervous system regulation. Her approach aligns naturally with our mission: supporting whole-person wellness through intentional movement, awareness, and connection.

Strength with Awareness

Chenoa’s foundation is in functional movement, mobility development, and stress resilience. With professional certifications in personal training, breathwork facilitation, and somatic practices, she guides clients in building strength that feels steady, sustainable, and embodied.

Her philosophy is simple but powerful: Strength is not just about muscle — it’s about alignment, recovery, and the capacity to regulate from within.

She emphasizes:

  • Building strength with awareness

  • Improving posture and alignment

  • Honoring recovery as essential to growth

  • Developing resilience in both body and mind

This is strength training that supports your nervous system — not one that overwhelms it.

From Corporate Burnout to Embodied Resilience

Before stepping into the wellness space, Chenoa spent 10 years in the corporate sector. She experienced firsthand the physical and emotional toll that chronic stress and high-performance environments can take on the body.

That lived experience now informs her work.

She helps individuals gently uncover tension patterns held in the body and cultivate greater somatic intelligence — the ability to listen, respond, and regulate from within. Through posture, breath, and movement, clients begin to see how internal states shape external patterns — and how change can begin from the inside out.

Offerings at Flow State

Starting this spring, Chenoa will offer:

  • Strength-based movement classes

  • Guided breathwork experiences

  • Integrative wellness sessions

  • Community workshops

Each experience is designed to cultivate resilience, clarity, and lasting vitality.

Here are some questions that we were eager to ask her!

FS: What does “holistic strength” mean to you?

CL: Holistic strength is beyond the gym or what your physical body is capable of. It includes mental, spiritual, emotional, and energetic strength. Do you have the mental strength to get you through work, school, learning, expanding your knowledge base? Do you have the spiritual strength to lean on something greater than you? Do you have the emotional strength to truly grieve? Do you have the energetic strength to remain grounded in yourself while you are fully expressed in the world?

FS: How do you define resilience?

CL: Resilience is the ability to withstand. To keep standing no matter what life throws at you. It makes me think of the old saying “fall down seven times, stand up eight”. Life is going to knock you down, it’s up to you to stay there or rise.

FS: Why is recovery such an essential part of growth?

CL: Recovery is where the magic happens. I like to use the fitness analogy in that when we are exercising, we creating micro tears in our muscles. We are breaking down our muscles. The growth happens when we create the space to recover. The muscles have a chance to repair and rebuild. They are learning how to repair and in the breaking down, you learned something about your body’s capability. The same principle applies to healing - you can have really cathartic healing experiences, but the magic is in the integration. How do learn from that experience and apply it going forward?

We love collaborating with practitioners who value strength, awareness, and nervous system resilience. Chenoa will be offering select workshops and classes within our Flow State community this spring. Watch for upcoming offerings on our Events page — and connect with Chenoa directly at @thefiteclectic to learn more about her work and approach. We’re grateful to continue expanding our community with practitioners who help people build strength from the inside out.
